** 1. WELCOME MDIS was developed in conjunction with the Alabama Department of Public Health and QueCentric.

# EULA**
End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Cloud-Based Coroner's Case Management System:
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") governs the use of the Cloud-Based Coroner's Case Management System ("the System") hosted in the cloud. The System is underwritten by the State Coroner's Association and is accessible through a web browser interface. Usage of the System is granted exclusively to active members of the State Coroner's Association.
By accessing and using the System, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this EULA. Users are granted access to the System solely for the purpose of entering and managing information within case files related to coroner's cases. Users are prohibited from accessing, modifying, or sharing information entered by other users without proper authorization.
The State Coroner's Association reserves the right to monitor and audit user activity within the System to ensure compliance with this EULA. Unauthorized use, sharing, or dissemination of information within the System is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of access privileges.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials and are advised to log out of the System after each session to prevent unauthorized access. The State Coroner's Association shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from unauthorized access or misuse of the System.
By accessing the System, users acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this EULA. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the suspension or termination of access to the System. For questions or concerns regarding this EULA, please contact the State Coroner's Association.
The coroner's association charges a monthly fee of $100 per active user. The contract time is 12 months minimum.
